AA MEETINGS

Alcoholics Anonymous (AA)

Locally the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Council can provide you with a booklet listing the A.A. meetings in Delaware and surrounding counties. It can also put you in touch with individual AA members who would be glad to tell you about the organization. Below is a list of AA meetings in the Delaware County region.

 

Al-Anon/Alateen

Al-Anon provides information on the effects of alcohol abuse and refers friends and families of alcohol abusers to nearby Al-Anon and Alateen support groups.

    Narcotics Anonymous (NA)

    Narcotics Anonymous, which sprang from the Alcoholics Anonymous movement, is an international, community-based association of recovering drug addicts. Started in 1947, the NA movement is one of the world's oldest and largest of its type, with nearly twenty thousand weekly meetings in seventy countries.

the New York State Office of Alcohol and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS)
with additional funding from contributions and fee-for-service programs.
