D.A.R.E.’s brand new kids section (flash plug-in required) includes an imaginative selection of options, including interviews with role models, and a variety of games, puzzles, and contests. The site is labeled prominently, "Adults Outta Here!"
DRUGS: OUR PROJECT

A site created by fourth graders at Paragon Elementary School in Paragon, Indiana, a small town in central Indiana. The options include "Rachel’s Quilt," each square being an explanation "about what you can do instead of drugs." The site also includes "Facts" on drugs, "Consequences" of drug use, and "Options," "ideas of things to do instead of drugs.

Sponsored by the National Institute on Drug Abuse, this no-nonsense site provides the answers to a long list of commonly asked questions about marijuana: Why do young people use marijuana? What are the short-term and long-term effects of marijuana use? How does marijuana affect driving? etc.

Although this site also contains "information for teachers," it is primarily aimed at students. For example, the section titled Mind Over Matter is a series is designed to encourage young people in grades five through nine to learn about the effects of drug abuse on the body and the brain.
In Sara’s Quest, participants can help young scientist Sara Bellum answer questions about how marijuana affects the brain. Those answering Sara’s questions correctly win a free poster.

Overboard is an online, thirteen-part soap opera/comic book that is an offshoot of Bill Moyer’s five-part series, "Moyers on Addiction: Close to Home." The series features Keith, Marla, Beau, Tracey, and Wilson, teens dealing with substance abuse and addiction.
SADD Students Against Destructive Decisions (also Students Against Drunk Driving)

SADD is a school-based organization dedicated to addressing the issues of underage drinking, impaired driving, drug use, and other destructive decisions and killers of young people. SADD's mission is to provide students with the best prevention and intervention tools possible to deal with the issues of destructive decisions.
This site has a definite commercial slant with top billing given to SADD’s corporate sponsors and a page devoted to selling "a variety of high quality SADD products. But there is also information on "How to start a SADD Chapter" and "Top Driver: A revolutionary concept in driver education."
