·         Delaware Valley Hospital’s addiction unit provides intensive treatment of the disease of alcoholism and other drug addictions within a safe and confidential environment. The program assists patients in the development of internal motivation to sustain their recovery through involvement in outpatient treatment and community self-help programs after discharge.

·         The Delaware County Mental Health Clinic offers professional outpatient mental health services including: assessment, diagnosis, individual, group and family psychotherapy, community and agency consultation and referral to inpatient psychiatric facilities. Staff includes a psychiatrist, psychologist and social workers and case managers to help negotiate systems and access appropriate services. Crisis intervention and emergency care is also provided.

·         Southern Tier MIT provides a multitude of services designed to create a system where person centered services are provided to individuals and their families when and where they need them. Some of these services include brief therapeutic support, skill building, crisis assessment and intervention, consultation and information, peer support groups and skills training, family and caregiver support and skills building, behavioral support and consultation and in-home and community based respite. These services and more are provided to adults with serious mental illness as well as youth with serious emotional disturbances in their community.
