Amanda Martin Decker, M.A.Ed. : Prevention Director   I am a Prevention Specialist here at ADAC. I am also a Certified Youth Mental Health First Aid Trainer and a QPR Presenter. The best part of my job is working with the students in the local schools. I work primarily with the younger students, with some help from Tuggles, Carmen, Wagner, and Auto. Kayliegh Riordan: Impaired Driving Program Coordinator

I am the Impaired Driver Program (IDP) Coordinator. As the IDP coordinator I have the opportunity to help facilitate an educational opportunity for our IDP participants. I am of the mind that no person lives a perfect life. As Henry Ford said "Even a mistake may turn out to be the one thing necessary to a worthwhile achievement." The IDP program offers a chance to learn from our mistakes.

Derek Johnson: Recovery Coach

I am the recovery coach for the incarcerated population in Delaware County. Recovery is a movement away from life-dominating injurious activities and addictions that directs people toward health and personal well-being. A recovery coach serves as a Mentor / Guide / Advocate that Helps; Remove Barriers, Connect to Resources with Optimistic Empowerment of Encouragement, that guides toward becoming and staying healthy.
