Andrea Alban: CROP Facilitator As CROP Facilitator, my goals are to find fun and interactive ways to ingrain such social skills as good communication, self-confidence and compassion among other important skills. I believe deeply that we must start teaching such lessons as early as possible, so I am thrilled to be a part of the ADAC team! I hope to connect to all of the kids I will be working with, in hopes of encouraging them to be the best person they can be for themselves, but also to the benefit of those around them. With many years of experience of working with and around kids under my belt, I feel confident in my ability to understand them and connect with them in a meaningful way. My interests and passions include appreciation and application of art, a deep love for Star Wars, a loyalty to family and friends, and empowering people at any and all ages- Oh, I also appreciate a great cup of coffee.
