Justin Hamm: Assistant Director I am the Assistant Director at the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Council of Delaware County Inc.. Some of my responsibilities include being a liaison with our local school districts regarding scheduling for our Prevention Specialists. I also maintain our web and social media presence. Our objective is to instill positive life skills, which include but are not limited to: managing stress, dealing with conflict, making good choices, effective communication, substance abuse education, and many others. Recovery is  a movement away from life-dominating injurious activities and addictions that directs people toward health and personal well-being. So a recovery coach serves as a Mentor / Guide / Advocate that Helps; Remove Barriers, Connect to Resources with Optimistic Empowerment  of Encouragement, that guides toward becoming and staying healthy.   Email me: djohnson@stny.twcbc.com
