Prevention Educator

Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the county? ADAC is looking for a dedicated Prevention Educator to join our team in Delaware County. This full-time (35 hour per week) role focuses on delivering in-school evidence-based programming and developing ATOD (Alcohol, tobacco and other drugs) prevention services.

Ideal candidates should have a minimum two-year degree and/or relevant experience (perfect for those with a background in teaching or similar roles). We value creativity, strong communication skills, and a commitment to team work. If your comfortable with public speaking and eager to foster collaborative relationships with schools and community groups, we’d love to hear from you! Travel is required to the following Delaware County Schools: Charlotte Valley, Stamford and South Kortright, with mileage reimbursement.

We offer a starting rate of $22.50 per hour
