Alysia Schmidt
Prevention Educator
it is my passion to work with children and prevention. I believe that it is important for chILDREN, teens and young adults to always feel safe, seen and supported and as a prevention educator here at adac i will do everything that i can to help them feel that way through our education programs.
I strive to make a difference in the lives of others and with my past volunteer experience at adac and my experience inside the classroom, i am confident i will continue to make an immense diffERENCE as part of this team and look forwaRD TO sharing my experiences and knowledge with our communities in a way that will benefit all.

Susan Fairchilds
Prevention Educator
I am pleased to be joining Delaware County’s ADAC workforce as a Prevention Educator. My experience working in my community has always held a special place in my heart. I have over 25 years of experience teaching for various programs, clubs, and different organizations within Delaware County where the focus was education and learning. I am pleased to be continuing my passion of helping others and look forward to the opportunities this agency has to offer young people.
